Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in North Ferriby is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive for an office-based, on-site role. You will own sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and develop existing accounts, progressing opportunities into profitable sales.

The role focuses on commercial sales, requiring proactive calling and relationship-building with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales or account development.
• Background in automotive, engineering, parts, filtration or technical B2B sales is desirable.
• Commercially minded with ability to develop relationships and progress opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and own them through to conclusion.
• Prepare quotations, follow up proactively and convert enquiries into orders.
• Develop existing accounts and build relationships with purchasing, engineering and maintenance teams.
• Follow up website enquiries, new accounts and targeted prospects.
• Make outbound calls to identify wider product or filtration opportunities.
• Ask informed questions to understand customer equipment and applications.
• Support pricing, availability and technical information with suppliers.
• Maintain CRM with accurate opportunities, follow-ups and customer data.
