Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive in Huddersfield to manage an existing client base and develop relationships with industrial clients, promoting engineering services to secure repeat business.

You don’t need engineering experience, but you should have strong IT skills, confidence using CRM systems and a proactive approach to account management to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong IT skills and confident using CRM systems.
• Good organisation and record-keeping.
• Proactive in account management and generating repeat business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop an existing database of B2B clients.
• Build relationships with industrial clients, manufacturers and retailers.
• Generate repeat business and grow existing accounts.
• Selling engineering services and maintenance contracts.
• Engage with maintenance Managers, Production Managers, Engineering Managers and Health & Safety Officers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and opportunities.
• Proactively contact existing customers to maximise sales.
• Work towards building a successful sales desk with future commission.
