Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to manage and grow an existing client base within the engineering services sector, targeting industrial clients, manufacturers and large retailers. The role emphasizes relationship building and repeat business, with a strong IT and CRM aptitude required.

You will develop the sales desk, promote maintenance and installation contracts, and work toward building a successful desk with future commission opportunities as it expands.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience, preferably internal sales or account management.
• Excellent IT skills and confidence using CRM systems, databases and sales software.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proactive approach to account management, follow-ups and generating repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing database of B2B clients.
• Build relationships with industrial clients, manufacturers and large retailers.
• Generate repeat business and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Sell engineering services, service and maintenance contracts, and new installation contracts.
• Engage with key decision-makers and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective sales opportunities.
