Job summary

Birchley Consultancy Limited is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Executive to join the regional South East Office in the Gravesend / Northfleet / Dartford area. The role focuses on speaking with customers by phone and email, providing quotations and technical estimates, and following up to convert them into sales orders.

You will join an established internal sales team, receive full product training, and be supported by experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales coordination or account management is essential.
• Experience in business development or technical sales is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails to drive orders.
• Prepare quotations and technical estimates for follow-up.
• Convert quotations into sales orders with the support of the sales team.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Attend meetings with clients as needed and communicate effectively with National Sales Manager.
