A leading company in the care sector is seeking a Technical Escalation and Operations Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing project schedules, overseeing operations, and ensuring SLA adherence. Candidates should have experience in project coordination and a basic technical understanding. This position offers hybrid work options and various employee perks.
This role is UK-based, and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Internet speed requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role involving project coordination or operations management
Technical Knowledge: Basic technical understanding to communicate effectively with the Technical Team
Project Management: Experience is advantageous but not essential
Excel/Reporting: Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting is beneficial
Manage technical team project schedules to meet business priorities. Provide performance reports and analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
Experience in project or operations coordination.
Technical understanding preferred for effective communication with the Technical Team.
Experience in project management is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting is advantageous.
