Job summary

A leading company in the care sector is seeking a Technical Escalation and Operations Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term contract. Technical Escalation and Operations Coordinator - 3 months FTC
️Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum Dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid - New Milton

This role is UK-based, and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

Start Date: ASAP

Internet speed requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download

ABOUT YOU

Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role involving project coordination or operations management

Technical Knowledge: Basic technical understanding to communicate effectively with the Technical Team

Project Management: Experience is advantageous but not essential

Excel/Reporting: Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting is beneficial

THE ROLE

Manage technical team project schedules to meet business priorities. Provide performance reports and analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement.

Experience in project or operations coordination.

Technical understanding preferred for effective communication with the Technical Team.

Experience in project management is a plus but not mandatory.

Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting is advantageous.

Main Responsibilities and Activities
  • Manage team workload by assigning tasks and overseeing daily operations to meet demands.
  • Oversee escalations, ensure prompt resolution, and communicate updates.
  • Ensure SLA adherence by monitoring response times and progress.
  • Coordinate technical projects, planning and scheduling in line with priorities.
  • Report on team performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning.
  • Identify process gaps and work on improvements.
  • Communicate escalations clearly and timely to stakeholders.
