Job description

Role

As a Telematics Operations Coordinator, your role will focus on two key aspects:

  1. Inbound and outbound communications:
    • Respond to customer inbound communications in line with SLAs across channels such as email, web-chat, social media, and voice.
    • Proactively contact customers for device installation/return chase, driver feedback, or intervention, adhering to SLAs.
  2. Data Validation:
    • Perform daily system-driven data validation reports within agreed SLAs.
    • Investigate and resolve issues related to data validation, working with internal and external parties as needed.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for daily questions from internal and external teams.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Providing testing support for projects.
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of operational processes and telematic devices.

Key performance indicators:

  • Completing daily operational tasks within SLAs.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of data, processes, and products.
  • Applying analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data entry proficiency.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in organizing and leading meetings, managing actions, and liaising with internal and external parties.
