Role

As a Telematics Operations Coordinator, your focus will be on two key aspects:

Inbound and outbound communications

Managing communication with policyholders and customers of HDD across various channels, both internally and externally. You will respond to inbound customer contacts and proactively contact customers in line with business rules.

Data Validation

Scrutinising data accuracy from telematics devices, analysing validation checks generated by our system, diagnosing and resolving device or data issues, and collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve queries.

Core responsibilities include:

Communication responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inbound communications across channels such as email, web-chat, social media, and voice, in line with SLAs.
  • Proactively contact customers for device installation/return, driver feedback, or intervention, within SLAs.

Data Validation responsibilities:

  • Complete daily data validation reports within SLAs.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data validation issues.

General responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for daily questions from internal and external teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Support testing for projects as needed.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of operational processes and telematic devices.

Key performance indicators:

  • Complete daily tasks within SLAs.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of data, processes, and products.
  • Use analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Fast learner, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Flexible, able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in organizing meetings, managing actions, and liaising with internal and external parties.
