Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services to lead a growth-focused delivery practice. You will own engagement portfolios, set quality standards, and coach a growing team of TDLs and FDEs embedded with client sites.

You will not write production code but will validate technical decisions and drive outcomes. You will collaborate with sales and marketing, guide SOWs, and represent Anthropic with executive sponsors across Fortune 100 accounts.

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, with at least 3 years directly managing people.
Experience building technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, including client-site work.
Delivery of AI/ML or LLM-based solutions into production.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and retain a team of Technical Deployment leads embedded in Financial Services engagements.
Manage each TDL directly with regular 1:1s, clear expectations, and growth plans.
Own portfolio health across the vertical and intervene when delivery drifts.
Own customer outcomes and maintain executive relationships with sponsors.
Make staffing calls for engagements and coordinate with FDE managers.
Lead the most complex engagements when needed from plan to production.
Codify reusable patterns and playbooks to scale delivery across the team.
Partner with Sales, Marketing on go-to-market materials and reference cases.
Run the team's operating rhythm and report to post-sales cadence.
