Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services to lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Technical Deployment Leads embedded with Fortune 100 clients. You will own portfolio health, set delivery standards, and shape playbooks that scale delivery of AI transformations.

You will not write production code, but you will guide architecture decisions, manage senior stakeholders, and hire and coach the team to deliver complex engagements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, with 3+ years managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
• Track record building leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Delivered AI/ML/LLM-based solutions into production in client environments.
• Depth in Financial Services and understanding of model risk, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements.
• Directly manage TDLs and build a bench that runs engagements without you in the room.
• Own portfolio health across the vertical and intervene when delivery drifts.
• Maintain executive relationships and lead steering committees with customer sponsors.
• Make staffing calls for engagements and align with FDE managers.
• Lead the most complex engagements when needed from delivery plan to production.
• Set the bar for MVP scoping, SOW quality, and value measurement.
• Create reusable delivery playbooks and patterns across the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on go-to-market and reference cases.
• Run operating rhythm and knowledge-sharing across the team, reporting into post-sales cadence.
