Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment in London to lead a team of TDLs embedded with strategic customers across EMEA. You will own engagement health, drive delivery quality, and define market-specific strategies from SOW to production deployment.

You will also partner with Legal, Security, and risk functions to embed regulatory requirements, while building scalable delivery playbooks and mentoring engineers and managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience leading delivery in enterprise AI/ML environments.
• Ability to navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Deployment Leads embedded with strategic customers in EMEA.
• Own engagement portfolio health and delivery quality across the team.
• Define delivery strategy, manage SOWs, and drive production deployment with customers.
• Build regulatory considerations into delivery plans and scale playbooks across markets.
