Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to own end-to-end delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise clients in regulated industries. You will drive engagements from SOW to production, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, and manage scope, milestones, and value delivery.

• Led AI/ML engagements and deployments into production.
• Experience delivering agentic/LLM-based solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Experience with regulated industries and executive-facing communications.
• Ability to navigate architecture discussions and drive technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement, with clear scope and milestones.
• Lead discovery, map workflows, define MVP scope, and shape architecture.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution across Anthropic and customer teams.
• Own product scoping for field engagements and manage the backlog.
• Manage customer relationships, lead executive briefings, and manage stakeholders.
• Define impact hypotheses, KPIs, and report outcomes to sponsors.
• Codify reusable delivery assets and feed insights back to product/research.
• Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity, including security and procurement.
