Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA based in London to lead a team of TDLs embedded with strategic customers. You will own engagement health, set the bar for delivery quality, and define where we operate in terms of customers and use cases for production AI in the region.

This player-coach role requires credibility in architecture discussions with customer leads and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
• Track record building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments across more than one EMEA market.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions into production; understands patterns and real-world integration.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in engagements across EMEA.
• Define delivery strategy for the portfolio and hold TDLs to a clear account strategy.
• Own portfolio health and customer outcomes; manage executive relationships with sponsors.
