Job summary

Anthropic is building a forward-deployed delivery leadership team for Financial Services. As a Manager of Technical Deployment, you will own engagement portfolio health, set delivery quality bars, and craft playbooks to scale the practice.

You will lead complex engagements with TDLs and FDEs, influencing product direction and customer trust across the Fortune 100. This player-coach role requires credibility in architecture discussions and sales conversations, plus the ability to hire and guide

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery across multiple engagements.
3+ years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
Experience building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments.
Delivered AI/ML solutions into production with stakeholder credibility.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and retain a team of Technical Deployment Leaders embedded in engagements.
Manage each TDL directly with 1:1s, clear expectations, and growth plans.
Own portfolio health across the vertical and intervene when delivery drifts.
Maintain executive relationships with customer sponsors and run steering committees.
Staff engagements, align with FDE managers, and adjust as scope changes.
Lead the most complex engagements when necessary and ensure defensible impact stories.
Codify reusable patterns and playbooks to scale delivery.
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market materials and references.
