Job summary

Modash is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager based in Europe to help API customers turn data into successful products. You will own the journey from onboarding to expansion, acting as an extension of customers' teams and driving outcomes across adoption, renewals and growth.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Engineering to ensure value delivery, manage risks, and drive customer growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar role
• Experience working with APIs or data products, or a technical/product background
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and data flows; not required to code
• You lead customers and drive outcomes, not just support
• You take ownership and drive messy issues to resolution
• You are a clear communicator and commercially minded
• You’re proactive, organized and comfortable without a fixed playbook
• Strong written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio of API customers; drive Net Revenue Retention
• Onboard new customers and create integration plans
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Engineering to resolve issues and drive customer value
