Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Customer Success Architect for our EMEA team. You will be the technical expert on complex engagements from implementation to renewal, guiding customers through taxonomy, instrumentation and data governance.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure Amplitude integrates smoothly into customers’ data flows, delivering value and strong partnerships across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts.
• Execution and customer service oriented, able to prioritise and complete deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude towards growth in a fast-growing company.
• Experience with SaaS domains: product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, BI, CDPs, data warehouses/pipelines or integration partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a mastery of Amplitude products to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
• Be an expert in Amplitude Platform to guide customers as they integrate Amplitude into data flows and business processes.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers.
• Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize processes, documentation, and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success to streamline internal processes and improve data management.
