Job summary

Modash is seeking a Technical Customer Success professional to own the API customer journey from onboarding to expansion. You’ll partner with product, sales and support to ensure customers extract maximum value from Modash data and endpoints, and you’ll own renewal and expansion outcomes.

You’ll manage a portfolio of API customers, run regular activation calls, create clear success plans, troubleshoot technical issues, and help customers grow with our data products, all while working in a fully

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working with APIs or data products.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and data flows.
• You lead customers, ask good questions and drive outcomes.
• You take ownership and simplify messy problems to reach an outcome.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio of API customers and drive Net Revenue Retention.
• Onboard new customers and create clear integration plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Engineering to turn learnings into customer value.
• Manage renewals and expansion end-to-end.
• Run regular customer calls and keep projects moving.
