Statista Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of KAM accounts, driving adoption, value realization and renewals.

You will connect with research, insights, strategy, and senior stakeholders, analysing usage data and turning it into strategic expansions. Hybrid UK-based role with opportunities to work across international teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B Customer Success experience in a subscription model.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and demonstrate value to clients.
• Commercial instinct with revenue mindset in client conversations.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of KAM accounts.
• Develop understanding of client priorities and connect Statista’s platform to their problems.
• Maintain an up-to-date account health picture with usage trends and risk signals.
• Be the primary contact for onboarding, adoption, value realization and renewal.
