A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join a competitive house builder in the Berkshire area. The role involves coordinating design processes, managing multiple residential projects, and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a good understanding of planning processes and building regulations. Competitive salary of up to £55,000 plus package offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering residential traditional build projects.
  • Ability to manage 2+ residential projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of the Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.

Overview

Currently working with one of the biggest and competitive house builders in the industry who operate nationally delivering high quality housing in unique locations.

Role

Currently looking for a motivated Technical Coordinator or Design Coordinator to join the team. Specifically seeking a strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge, support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the design process and support project teams through to delivery.
  • Help manage multiple residential projects with a focus on traditional build.
  • Contribute to project planning, problem solving, and communication across stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director and broader team to ensure timely and compliant design outcomes.
