As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:

• Translate business objectives and requirements into valuable technical features and user stories to shape product development and technical delivery.
• Utilize your understanding of IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to facilitate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Conduct system and data analysis to identify improvements and pain points, informing decision-making.
• Support product roadmap management, prioritization, and backlog refinement, working collaboratively with product owners, developers, architects, and QATs to plan and resolve impediments throughout development.

YOUR PROFILE

You will bring the following skills and experience:

• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products.
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical documentation.
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas and perform data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation.
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritize an agile backlog for technical implementation.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Interest in supporting the growth and development of our internal BA community through peer learning and business development.
• Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail.
• Experience supporting internal team operations, including recruitment, client development, line management, training delivery, and mentoring.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
