CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Technical Account Manager for a hard FM service provider on a landmark contract in Central London, near London Bridge. The role focuses on delivering first-class service, managing the maintenance team and contract performance.

You will lead client relationships, oversee KPIs and SLAs, and coordinate with the on-site team to ensure timely completion of reactive and scheduled works. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained at a high level to grow contract scope and responsibilities.
• Meet contract KPIs and SLAs, and maintain contract knowledge for monthly reviews.
• Attend strategic/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis or as required.
• Oversee reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out.
• Provide leadership and management to the site team.

Technical Account Manager – Hard FM Service Provider – London Bridge - 85k

One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager to work on a brand new high profile contract based in Central London, close to London Bridge Station.

The building is one of the mostrecognizable buildings in the area and they are looking for an individual who will be able to provide a first class customer service and be able to organise, manage and motivate their maintenance team.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-5 and the main duties of the role are as follows:

• Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.
• Ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded and an in depth knowledge of the contract is maintained and demonstrated on the internal monthly contractual review meetings with the senior management team.
• Ensure contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs are met.
• Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis, or as required.
• Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
• Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary.

• Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or qualified to recognised level ie C&G, HNC/HND.
