Netcompany is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Technology) to join the UK Recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will hire top tech talent and help drive growth, focusing on software developers, infrastructure, DevOps, cyber security, and service management.

The role requires building pipelines, innovative sourcing strategies, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet targets. Hybrid working is available with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-volume, complex hiring while owning end-to-end lifecycle.
• In-house recruitment focus on Software Developers/Architect, Infra, DevOps, Cyber Security, and Service Management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Meet KPI targets and metrics.
• Create and implement a seamless recruitment service.
• Strong communicator able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to recruitment targets within time frames and quality standards.
• Build and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Improve search strategies and sourcing tools.
• Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Maintain managed talent pools across technology units.
• Plan and organize own work and report issues precisely.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management as trusted advisor.
• Meet deadlines and complete admin duties to a high standard.
