Oriole is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to partner with hiring managers across our technology-focused business. You will attract, assess and hire high-quality candidates in a competitive market by leveraging proactive sourcing and data-driven recruitment.

Competenze

• Experience in technical recruitment for semiconductors, AI, GPU computing or hardware.
• Ability to understand technical job specifications and assess candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Manage assigned vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle; from role intake, sourcing and initial screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback, and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records; track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and quality of hire. Address blockers and recommend practical process improvements
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, compensation expectations, and competing offers.
