Job summary

Man Group in London is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate (Technology) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support sourcing and engaging candidates, assist hiring managers, and help ensure a positive candidate experience while learning the fundamentals of recruitment and DE&I practices.

You’ll work with a technology-enabled, candidate-centric team, using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, aiming to minimize agency reliance and grow internal talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in technology hiring.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Candidate-centric mindset and strong sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize with guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional and proactive.
• Commitment to accurate data entry, scheduling, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates and supporting hiring managers.
• Writing and posting job descriptions with supervision.
• Conducting outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Building a pipeline of junior-level candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and providing status updates.
• Learn to use ATS and pull basic reports for the team.
• Collaborating with managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Participating in intake meetings to define hiring needs.
