Job summary

World 50 Group in London is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join during a busy growth period. You will own roles end-to-end across the UK and US, delivering high-standard recruitment strategies.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is hybrid, requiring three days in the London office. You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage multiple roles, and help scale our talent across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in agency or internal recruitment.
• Highly proactive, eager and coachable; able to take initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and maintain fast pace.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for senior sales roles and with Rippling ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full process for UK and US roles with high autonomy and standards.
• Pipeline Generation & Sourcing: Proactively build strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise hiring managers on market trends and align on candidate profiles.
• Prioritization & Problem Solving: Manage multiple priorities and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
• Global Support: Coordinate recruitment across UK and US time zones.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, timely feedback process from application to onboarding.
• Ad-Hoc TA & HR Projects: Support broader People & Culture initiatives as needed.
