Oriole Networks Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (FTC - 12 months) to partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire highly skilled talent across all areas of the business, and deliver high-quality candidates in a competitive technology market.

Onsite presence across London, Paignton, and Bristol is required. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate interviews, and track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and quality of hire,

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruitment for semiconductors, AI, GPU computing or hardware.
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical job specs and assess candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication.
• Capable of handling multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle; from role intake, sourcing and initial screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback, and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records; track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and quality of hire. Address blockers and recommend practical process improvements
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, compensation expectations, and competing offers.

The role requires an understanding of technical talent markets, proactive sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, and data-driven recruitment. Onsite presence across at least one of our sites (London, Paignton, Bristol) is required.
