Qualifications

• Direct recruitment experience within Technology and/or Engineering.
• Proven experience with selection and assessment tools/methods.
• Diligent and motivated, target driven, and a self-starter.
• Confident managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage and influence.
• Resilient and energetic; capable of navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent partnering and teamwork to solve problems collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery with stakeholders to map talent needs and craft delivery strategy.
• Design innovative sourcing across online, offline, and social channels to build employer brand.
• Write adverts and communications highlighting PA's USP and consulting lifestyle.
• Act as SME to engage and align internal stakeholders with recruitment processes.
• Be data driven; use recruitment metrics to improve performance and credibility.
• Deliver market insights and maintain industry trend awareness.
• Champion candidate experience to leave a positive impression of PA.
