Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products, set up plans and explore features, delivering friendly, confident service and building trust. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and contribute to a positive store experience.

You’ll join a close-knit team, complete 2 x 2-day induction sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching to support growth.

Responsibilities
