Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ in the UK is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor based in Cramlington. You’ll guide customers through products, help choose price plans, and demonstrate features, delivering confident, friendly experiences.

You’ll join a close-knit team, work flexibly across store hours and achieve customer satisfaction targets with ongoing coaching and induction to build product knowledge and confidence.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
