Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to be customers’ trusted guide, helping them get the most out of mobile, broadband and TV packages with empathy, ownership and a memorable service experience. You’ll earn £13.45 per hour and will complete two 2‑day induction sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching to support your growth.

This retail role is flexible across store hours, including evenings and weekends.
