Job summary

Aspire Recruitment in Altrincham is hiring a Customer Service Advisor (Tech-Focused & Training Provided) on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries and troubleshoot issues, with full training provided.

The role offers 35 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, 1 day hybrid after probation, and benefits including 25 days holiday, Simply Health, pension, life assurance, and family pay enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
• Calm and resilient approach.
• Comfortable learning new systems or technology.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries (phone and email).
• Supporting customers from onboarding through to ongoing technical queries and returns.
• Troubleshooting issues across software, hardware and connectivity (full training provided).
• Using remote tools to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
• Reviewing device data and producing clear, accurate reports.
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve more complex queries.
• Keeping customer records up to date within the CRM system.
