ST Selection Ltd in Winsford is recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor to bridge technical solutions with customer needs, delivering tailored recommendations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role offers hybrid working after training, £35K + bonus (up to £40K basic), 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, pension, laptop and phone.

• Experience within an internal sales position.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.

• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and present suitable solutions confidently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and quotations aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and updates related to cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits.
• Manage your time effectively to prioritise leads, follow-ups, and meetings while maintaining a high level of organisational skills.
