Job summary

The Recruitment Group is partnering with a West Oxfordshire client to recruit a proactive Business Development professional with a STEM background. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships and drive growth by developing leads and managing key accounts.

Reporting to the CEO, you will coordinate demonstrations and events while leveraging your coding or technical experience to communicate effectively and contribute to sales targets.

Qualifications

• STEM background gained through education or professional experience.
• At least two years' sales or business development experience preferred, but candidates with coding/technical experience will be considered.
• Coding or technical experience with strong communication skills is valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven with initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team.

• Research and develop new business leads and opportunities.
