The Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Business Development professional with a STEM background to identify opportunities, build relationships and drive growth from its West Oxfordshire base. You will report to the CEO and may handle new leads, key accounts and partner engagements.

Competenze

• A STEM background gained through education or professional experience.
• Ideally, at least two years' sales or business development experience, although candidates without BD experience will be considered if you have coding experience.
• Coding or technical experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with people.
