Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South East and the UK. You will sell into a network of installers and distributors, presenting market-leading door entry systems and solutions.

A consultative, non-hard-sell approach is valued, with comprehensive training provided. Based in West Sussex with hybrid working, you’ll identify opportunities, manage relationships, and aim to exceed sales targets while traveling to national meetings

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven new business experience.
• Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and present products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and marketing outreach.
• Develop and manage relationships with installers and distributors across the UK.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s market-leading door entry systems and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Attend national meetings weekly with occasional overnight travel.
• Hybrid role based in West Sussex, with office-based days.
