Stevenswood is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow sales across the South West branches, covering Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham. You will win new business, develop existing accounts and work closely with branch teams to convert opportunities into profitable customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong field sales experience in uPVC windows and doors, with a proven track record of growing revenue while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling uPVC windows and doors or related building products.
• Proven track record in field sales and developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to manage a large territory and deliver sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sales plan for Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham.
• Win new business by identifying prospects and converting meetings into sales.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and uncovering additional opportunities.
• Drive branch performance by collaborating with branch teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Plan territory effectively and manage pricing within policy; maintain accurate CRM records.
