Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Business Development Representative in Glasgow to drive outbound and inbound lead generation within SMB to enterprise IT sectors. You will profile customers, gather key information, and follow up to convert opportunities, working closely with Sales to grow revenue.

The role requires clear communication, CRM fluency, and a proven track record in telemarketing, with a focus on IT infrastructure, cloud, and big data topics.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year's tele-marketing outbound / inbound experience, preferably targeting the IT or Technology industry.
• Good understanding of IT market and IT technologies, incl. infrastructure, cloud, and big data.
• Experience in CRM / databases / digital selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new BANT-qualified leads and follow marketing campaigns.
• Outbound calling and inbound response follow-up; email follow-ups to solicit more info.
• Enter and manage leads in CRM; align with sales for progression.
• Profile accounts and drive attendance for events; achieve targets.
