Job summary

Netex Learning in Leeds, UK, is seeking a proactive Program Delivery Manager to lead technology and e-learning projects for a major corporate client. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain high-quality standards across the account.

Working within an agile delivery team, you’ll collaborate with Learning Designers, Platform Consultants and Tech Services to ensure clear reporting, proactive risk management, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology, digital, software or e-learning projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with large corporate clients.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of tech and content workstreams.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Learning Designers and Platform Consultants.
• Provide timely project reporting and client updates.
• Manage change requests and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
