Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery capability across our application development unit. Based in the UK (London or Leeds), you will lead end-to-end digital service delivery with multidisciplinary teams and ensure value, quality and timely outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, enable agile practices, manage blockers, dependencies and reporting to stakeholders, and support governance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex digital or technology delivery.
• Strong practical knowledge of agile delivery methods and hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary digital teams.
• Clear understanding of Delivery Manager vs Product Manager accountabilities.
• Experience with GDS service lifecycle and Government Service Standard.
• Proven ability to remove blockers and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital services within scope, budget, timescales and quality.
• Provide hands-on agile delivery leadership across multidisciplinary teams and Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.
• Create conditions for effective delivery by removing blockers and managing dependencies.
• Translate product strategy into achievable delivery plans with Product Managers.
• Lead teams across delivery, product, engineering, architecture, QA, BA and UX disciplines.
• Ensure user-centred design disciplines are integrated throughout delivery.
• Plan and coordinate service lifecycle activities and governance reporting.
• Maintain Jira/Confluence backlogs, workflows, dashboards and delivery documentation.
• Manage delivery across systems, cloud services and third-party suppliers.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, finances and outcomes.
