Job summary

Beyond is a global technology group headquartered in London seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and continually improve our training programmes. You will craft engaging sessions, coach individuals and teams, and use data to shape our learning strategy across regions.

You will lead development initiatives, align learning with business goals, and maintain LMS content and GDPR, safety and information security compliance. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning and development and ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate programmes across live, virtual, and digital formats.
• Natural coach and mentor focused on employee growth and career development.
• Strong communications with a commercial mindset and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Skilled in strategic planning and aligning learning initiatives with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and engaging training workshops, virtual and in-person, covering soft skills, personal development, and key systems.
• Create and execute long-term strategies for employee development and organisational growth aligned with business goals.
• Perform training needs analyses with the Regional Business Partners to identify gaps and needs.
• Deliver targeted coaching and development programs to senior leaders to refine leadership skills and drive change.
• Keep up-to-date with training trends and create engaging content for all learners.
• Ensure consistent training approaches across the organisation by engaging with stakeholders.
• Maintain close relationship with Google to stay updated on partner requirements and certifications.
• Use data analytics to assess learning initiatives and generate reports for stakeholders.
