True9 in Saltaire, West Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of software projects across a portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role bridging technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

The role is hybrid with remote working, offering £50,000 - £65,000 per year, full-time. You’ll coordinate discovery, scoping and realistic delivery plans, while building strong client relationships and ensuring quality and on-time

Qualifications

• You're an experienced delivery professional who combines strong organisation and commercial awareness with excellent client and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple digital projects and long-term client engagements through the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to launch and support.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner, building strong relationships and developing a clear understanding of each client’s objectives, priorities and constraints.
• Create clarity across delivery teams, encouraging ownership, accountability and proactive communication.
• Support the teams and clients in learning from delivery challenges and improving future ways of working.
• Lead discovery and scoping, turning client objectives and ambiguous requests into clearly defined requirements.
• Translate technical subjects into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
