Job summary

BCN Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple client projects from initiation through delivery in a hybrid setup based out of Manchester or Leeds. You will coordinate with clients, engineers and account teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed scope and quality standards.

The role requires strong planning, governance, and stakeholder management, with a proactive, commercially aware approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple client projects end-to-end.
• Strong planning, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and delivery-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, technical teams and account managers.
• Identify risks and dependencies; manage changes and scope.
• Governance, reporting and project controls throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within agreed scope.
