Job summary

Global Tech Collective Ltd is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to shape learning during major technology transformations, not merely deliver training. You’ll partner with clients on ERP change projects, design blended curricula, and measure effectiveness across adoption programs.

You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, navigate complex requirements, and craft accessible learning experiences. The role offers UK remote flexibility with periodic visits to the London HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience delivering learning or training within ERP or enterprise technology transformation.
• Experience with typical ERP platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS) is valuable.
• Certifications such as TAP or Microsoft Certified Trainer are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design accessible, engaging learning experiences across different formats.
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
• Facilitate sessions and support learning delivery.
• Manage learning risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Quality‑assure learning materials and deliverables.
• Help evolve the tools, templates and approaches used across the wider team.
