Job summary

Nextech Group in Bolton is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across the UK market. You will work in a hybrid role, building strong stakeholder relationships, driving upsell and renewals, and collaborating with delivery, technical and support teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

You will be the primary contact for accounts and orchestrate cross-functional efforts to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders (primary point of contact).
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and expand software adoption.
• Drive contract renewals and recurring revenue growth.
• Create account plans to maximise value and engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline.
