Job summary

Set2recruit LTD is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Hertfordshire. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office, with a £50,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.

You will own a portfolio of managed IT services clients, acting as their trusted technology adviser and driving project work, upgrades and new services. You will build strong relationships with business owners, finance directors and IT leads, coordinating with delivery teams to scope, quote and deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager/Account Manager role within an MSP or IT services business.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and closing project opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and urgency in delivering client outcomes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing managed services clients, primarily across Hertfordshire.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser, leading regular account reviews and technology roadmaps.
• Identify and win project opportunities, including migrations and cyber security improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and coordinate delivery with delivery teams.
• Drive renewals and extensions, protecting and growing recurring revenue; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and report on pipeline, forecasts and account health.
