Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking an Account Manager (Technical Sales) to join the growing team in the UK. You will manage key client relationships and design IT solutions with cross-functional support.

This role offers £40,000-£50,000 base plus uncapped OTE (£60-£70k first year, £75k-£90k+ thereafter) and hybrid working after ramp. You’ll engage with clients from various sectors and drive account growth.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in customer engagement (on-site or virtual meetings).
• Background in technical sales.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their objectives and aligning our IT solutions to their needs
• Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions that solve real customer challenges
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
• Listen deeply, understand customer requirements, and proactively identify future needs
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and high standards of delivery
