Rank Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, serve food and drinks, and keep the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across areas, and elevate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/retail helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed – Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning.

Your Impact

• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
• One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed – Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning – so service flows smoothly.
