Job summary

The Rank Group in Norwich is seeking a Team Leader to run a shift, ensuring a brilliant guest experience by briefing the team, coordinating breaks, and keeping service moving.

You will lead by example, coach in the moment, and drive service excellence while meeting safety and compliance standards. Real contracts from 8–35 hours and strong perks are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line team during live service, briefing and motivating staff.
• Hit on-shift KPIs for customer satisfaction, speed of service and cleanliness.
• Ensure correct staffing, breaks and micro-rotas for smooth operations.
• Coach team members with immediate, practical feedback.
• Perform safety and compliance checks and escalate issues as needed.

As a Team Leader, you’ll run your area on shift, setting the pace and standards so every guest has a brilliant experience. You’ll brief the team, rota within your zone, coordinate breaks, and keep service moving – escalating issues when needed.
