A healthcare provider in Cornwall is seeking a Community Mental Health Team Manager. The role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team, managing operations, and contributing to the ongoing transformation of mental health services. Ideal candidates will have substantial leadership experience and relevant qualifications. This full-time position offers a salary of £47,810 to £54,710 a year, on a fixed-term basis for 6 months.

With the community transformation ongoing, there is so much development and innovation going on in Cornwall's delivery of mental health services. We are working to create a core mental health offer working across the Mid area of Cornwall. This is a time of joint working with all services and sees us create networks of support for people with severe mental health problems. The Team Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and will work closely with the Operational Manager and Clinical leads on transformation and development of the service. We are looking for a team manager who is able to lead compassionately working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure that they are fully supported to provide needs led care and treatment for our service users.
We\'re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people\'s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.
