Team Manager – Training & Development

Generis is the specialist training and development department of ADS, delivering accredited and bespoke training. The Team Manager role is an exciting career opportunity for someone with managerial experience, innovative ideas and motivation. The sector is in the process of developing a national training programme and standards, so the opportunities for development are enormous and the future is exciting.

The successful candidate will join an established team with a reputation for quality and innovation. With a focus on development and growth you will work alongside the team to expand our customer base and our portfolio of training. The ideal candidate will have some experience in management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to inspire and lead others.

  • Management experience

  • Ability to inspire and lead others
  • ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent (preferred)
  • Knowledge or interest in Substance Misuse desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK by the commencement of employment

  • Generous annual leave (29 days per annum, rising to 31 after 2 years’ service and 34 after 5 years) plus Public Holidays
