Career Makers Inc. is recruiting an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services around Stoke on Trent. This role oversees service delivery and supports staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

You will help maintain standards, develop staff and ensure individuals receive the support they need to live independently. The position offers a structured rota, progression opportunities, and ongoing training within a well-established care provider.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of supported living services.
• Leading, supervising and developing teams of Support Workers.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supporting service development and continuous improvement.

Salary: £34,000 per annum+ Excellent added benefits

Career Makers is working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Team Manager for its supported living services across Stoke on Trent.
